Éguzon-Chantôme is located in central France in the Centre region, within the Indre department. The town lies very close to Indre's border with the Creuse department.

The Supermarche is about three quarters of a mile (1.21 km). It is a well stocked supermarket with a petrol station.

It is less than a mile to the centre of the village.
